Welcome to the United Kingdom Reiki Tummo and Open Heart community website for information about Padmacahaya International Institute for Inner Studies. This website was designed to help keep UK alumni informed about what is going on locally and about upcoming retreats and events.

We often hold meditation and healing sessions as well as Reiki Tummo workshops in the U.K. More detailed information about the Reiki Tummo spiritual practice is available on the main Reiki Tummo website and on the Open Your Heart UK website about how we meditate with the heart.
